Terms and legal responsibility
Star househelps and Homecare Training Centre acts as a job placement link and mediator between clients and domestic workers. Its responsibility is to provide recruitment, training, screening, and placement services.
Once a worker has been successfully placed, the employer and worker are responsible for maintaining their employment relationship and complying with agreed terms.
Star househelps shall not be held responsible for personal misconduct, dishonesty, theft, negligence, disagreements, or any actions committed by a worker or client after placement. Any legal matters arising between the employer and worker should be handled directly by the parties involved through the appropriate legal channels.
